Service Description
Join us at The Unrooted Studio for a family yoga class that's perfect for parents, grandparents, and children of all ages. We'll teach you and your little ones breathing exercises and slow-paced classes using techniques suitable for all ages. No need to worry about how much children participate – this is a time for fun, relaxation, and connection. Just come as you are and enjoy spending quality time together. The structure of this class is very different from an adult yoga class. We use music, cues and activities that are inclusive for all. Children under the age of 3 are welcome for free, but must share a mat with adult and be supervised by a parent or guardian for safety for the duration of the class.
